Starstruck Performing Arts is a dance and performing-arts academy in Solihull. It asked me for a new website, but when we looked at how the school actually ran, the bigger opportunity was everything behind the site.
It now has a platform that takes a family from first enquiry to the class register, with enrolment, term billing, parent and tutor portals, a shop and event tickets. Bringing class management and payments in-house removed around £5,000 a year in platform charges. It also has pages built for local search, because Solihull is a competitive market for children's activities.

Turning a legal recruiter's job board into a recruitment platform
VG Charles needed more than a new website: its vacancies lived in a recruitment CRM, its candidates had little reason to come back, and its WordPress job board no longer looked like a specialist legal search firm. I built a new site, a staff admin and a candidate portal on one platform, with an unattended CRM job feed, job alerts, applications routed to the right consultant, and a domain move that kept every old link working.

Anne asked for an e-commerce website to replace a perfectly presentable Wix site. Conversations with her uncovered a much stronger proposition: a specialist bench jeweller who works personally with clients to create, restore and transform jewellery, including the inherited pieces people no longer wear. The project became discovery, positioning and content strategy as much as development, and the platform grew to support how the business actually works, from events and wedding fairs to consultations and a private client area.
