What I built

A Manchester luxury coach hire company whose website needed to match the quality of its fleet.
The challenge

What I built
A brand site with a journey-first quote form, AI-drafted trip stories, WhatsApp that follows office hours and encrypted settings the owner controls.
The thinking

A three-sided marketplace has to make motorists, suppliers and the business trust each other at a stressful moment.
What I built
Location-based matching, live GPS tracking, payments held until the job is settled, supplier payouts and document vetting.
The thinking
